We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team and lead the product development of our Growth Engine, ensuring its market leading position.

Product details:

• You will lead a team of highly qualified specialists that develops the best self-service tools for mobile applications growth - through explosive monetization and effective user acquisition.
• As a part of the Appodeal group of companies with BidMachine and AppGrowth, you will be developing a holistic solution for mobile publishers of any size and genre.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize the roadmap based on customer needs, revenue impact and input from partners and company leadership;
• Define, monitor and analyze key performance metrics, and use this data to identify high-impact opportunities and generate incremental revenue;
• Lead product development along with engineering;
• Develop clear, actionable, testable hypotheses for quantitative and qualitative validation;
• Communicate your team's priorities and roadmap to the General Manager, solicit feedback and build consensus for key initiatives;
• Be an expert with respect to the competition;
• Act as a leader within the development team.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in product management and development;
• 3+ years experience in AdTech;
• Good understanding of the following:
• Mobile ad tech landscape: ad mediation, ad networks, MMPs.
• User acquisition in the mobile world.
• Game development.
• High level of English;
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Technical background;
• Excellent teamwork skills;
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
