We are seeking a Head of Technical Delivery with 20+ years of product implementation experience, especially in the BFSI space. The ideal candidates must have a proven track record of delivering business outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. As a Delivery Head, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. This role demands exceptional leadership, deep domain expertise in Core/Transaction Banking, and a strong ability to manage complex transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Head Banking transformation programs, including core/transaction banking modernization, process reengineering, and digital initiatives.
• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.

Strategic Planning and execution:

• Develop and execute comprehensive program roadmaps and strategies.
• Ensure alignment with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
• Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with executive leadership, product teams, technology partners, and external vendors.
• Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, and other key stakeholders.

Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards during transformation initiatives.

Team Leadership and Mentoring:

• Lead cross-functional teams, including internal and external resources, to deliver program goals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior program managers and other team members.

Qualifications

MBA or equivalent advanced degree. Certifications such as PMP or equivalent.

Required Skills

Minimum of 20+ years of professional experience with a strong focus on Core /Transaction Banking .

Experience managing multiple product implementations, including handling complex stakeholder landscapes.

Preferred Skills

Domain Expertise:

• Deep understanding of Core/Transaction Banking
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and emerging trends in financial services.

Program Management Skills:

• Expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Technical Proficiency:

• Knowledge of modern Core/Transaction Banking platforms and technologies, including cloud-based systems, APIs, and AI-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, and DevOps is a plus.

Leadership Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead large, diverse teams across geographies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage senior stakeholders.,
