Growe welcomes those who are excited to:

• Manage particular design projects;
• Oversee outsource designers, and ensure high-quality work throughout the entirety of the project;
• Determine the overall style or tone desired for each project and articulate your vision;
• Combine technology and art using images and text to communicate ideas through digital designs;
• Create engaging visual designs that account for user needs and business objectives;
• Work closely with international teams on developing the creative part of the project;
• Develop Promo Campaign;
• Make a design for email and social media;
• Assist the PR team with graphics to prepare for the exhibition.
  
  

We need your professional experience:

• 4 years of experience in design in marketing;
• 1-2 years experience with gaming projects (betting, casino) will be a plus;
• Experience with the Latin American market will be a plus;
• Web and graphic design experience;
• Excellent knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, AI;
• Experience in preparing marketing assets: Landing pages, emails, banners, OOH, and merchandise;
• Solid knowledge of UX/UI;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
