Data Analyst-Business Intelligence

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze real estate data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track key construction metrics

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy across different platforms.

Identify patterns, correlations, and trends using statistical and analytical techniques.

Generate ad-hoc and periodic reports to assist in strategic decision-making.

Work with databases, SQL, and ETL tools to optimize data processing and automation.

Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance data analysis capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master’s degree

Proven experience in data analysis within the real estate development sector.

Strong proficiency in Power BI, including creating dashboards, data modeling, and DAX functions.

Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and data manipulation.

Proficiency in Excel, Python, or R is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex data sets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data-driven insights.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Knowledge:

Recent Experience With Property Management, Planning And Control Preferred

Experience with CRM systems and real estate management software.

Knowledge of GIS tools and spatial data analysis.
