Our Tomorrow’s Talent Program 2025 is designed to empower you to embark on a career in software engineering with us. Gain insights into the industry and discover how your unique qualities can become your greatest strength.

Your team

Throughout the program, you’ll have the opportunity to connect, collaborate and learn from industry experts and mentors from our Global Operations and Technology (GOTO) business. The team is responsible for sourcing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our world-class technology solutions.

Your expertise

We’re looking for ambitious and talented students who are eager to kickstart their career in the banking industry. Here are some of the attributes we look for

• Students studying in Singapore, Hong Kong or China and graduating between December 2025 and June 2027
• Enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or Master’s degree, from any academic field
• Passionate about technology with an interest in becoming a software engineer
• Values that align with ours integrity, hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• Strategic thinkers with strong communication skills
  
  

We’re looking for someone who’s curious and is ready to learn about a business that never stops moving. It doesn’t matter what you’re majoring in, but you do need to have an interest in the financial industry. We’re most interested to see what makes you unique.
