You Will

Strategic Planning Implementation:

Develop and implement a comprehensive IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), including migration strategies.
Oversee the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls,routers, switches).
Manage server environments (physical and virtual), ensuring high availability and performance.
Implement and manage storage solutions (SAN, NAS) to meet business needs.
Oversee database administration, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance optimization.

Tools Management Optimization

Manage and optimize any following tools:

¦ Managed Engine suite (ServiceDesk Plus, OpManager, ADManager, etc.)

¦ Datadog monitoring platform

¦ BMC Helix ITSM suite

¦ Control-M job scheduling tool

¦ Splunk log management and analysis platform

¦ Solarwinds network monitoring tools

¦ Apps Dynamic application performance monitoring

Evaluate and implement new tools to enhance infrastructure performance, security, and efficiency.

Team Leadership Development

Lead and mentor a team of IT infrastructure professionals.
Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Operational Excellence

Ensure the stability, security, and high availability of all infrastructure components.
Proactively monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventative measures.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all infrastructure components and processes.
Manage IT infrastructure budgets and vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Security Compliance

Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect IT infrastructure from threats.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
Stay abreast of emerging security threats and vulnerabilities.

You Bring

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management, including experience with cloud computing, networking, servers, storage, and databases.

Certifications

Cloud Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google
Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect.
Networking Certifications: Cisco CCNP or higher, Juniper JNCIP or higher.
ITIL Foundation certification is highly desirable.
Relevant certifications in specific tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, BMC Helix) are a plus.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Extensive knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Hands-on experience with server virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Experience with storage technologies (SAN, NAS) and data backup/recovery solutions.
Solid understanding of database administration (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
Experience with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
