We’re building one of the best information security teams to make Revolut the safest place to keep your money. That’s where you come in. We need an excellent Information Security Manager to support Governance, Risk, and Compliance areas at Revolut Bank in Europe and manage information security in the best way possible. Someone with an analytical mind and a passion for risk, compliance, and control management.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing and challenging information security risk assessments performed by intra-group and third-party service providers
• Supporting the process of Information Security Risk Management
• Analysing risk-related data to support proper risk management
• Supporting control design and assessments of the Bank
• Identifying potential gaps in policies or processes by investigating risk, compliance, control management, and service quality
• Collecting required data and information from infosec and technology compliance self-assessments
• Preparing data and other materials for reporting to the Bank’s forums, committees, and management bodies to monitor and improve quality of services and controls
• Running operational tasks and driving improvements related to information security management in the Bank
  
  

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of information security management experience in financial services, banking, and/or payments
• Fundamental knowledge of information security governance, risk management, and compliance management
• An understanding of information security controls across all domains of infosec and how the controls operate
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Impressive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  
  

Nice to have

• Relevant information security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA)
• Knowledge of building SQL queries for business intelligence/management information
