  • Job Title: Java Developer
  • Location: Wilmington, (onsite 3 days a week)
  • Interview Process: Video then In-Person interview (local candidates preferred)
  • Duration: 12-24 months+
  • Must have 5+ years of Backend Java development experience, MS messaging experience, Kafka, Spring Integration experience, Banking experience, and a LinkedIn page
  • Role involves backend development and integration on a platform responsible for installation and updates
  • Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining backend services, API development, working with Spring Boot, Spring Integration and Spring Kafka, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing system performance and managing data integration
  • Required qualifications include 4-5 years of experience in core Java and Spring, strong understanding of multithreading and backend integration, experience with No-SQL or relational databases, hands-on experience with API development and messaging frameworks, familiarity with complex integration points and platform updates, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
