Job Title: Sr. Agile Coach
Location: Hybrid/onsite in West Los Angeles, CA (candidates should already be local to SoCal)
Job Type: 6+ months contract
Compensation: $85-110 per hour W2 (based on experience)

Job Summary:

  • The Senior Agile Coach will play a pivotal role in driving Agile transformation across the organization by coaching teams, leaders, and stakeholders. This role involves creating and delivering tailored training programs, facilitating Agile training sessions, and refining training materials for Program Managers, Scrum Masters, Kanban Coaches, and teams. The Senior Agile Coach will provide hands-on guidance at the team level, lead key Agile ceremonies like Scrum of Scrums and Product Owner Syncs, and ensure that teams are equipped with the skills and tools to maximize value delivery. Expertise in Jira and Confluence, including custom dashboard and filter creation, is essential to track Agile maturity and performance.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in Agile Coaching, Agile Transformation, or Enterprise Agile Adoption.
  • Extensive experience coaching teams, leaders, and various Agile roles (Scrum Masters, Kanban Coaches, Product Owners, Program Managers).
  • Advanced expertise in Jira and Confluence, including creating dashboards and filters.
  • SAFe SPC, SAFe Program Consultant, ICP-ACC, or similar Agile certification preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), and Agile scaling.
  • Strong experience in training development and facilitation, with the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead Agile ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums and Product Owner Syncs.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching teams and leaders across various levels of Agile maturity.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
