We invite a Middle Automation QA Engineer to join theVeliEDGEproduct team.

In this role, you will:

Be familiar with the Cypress framework and CI/CD process
Increase automation coverage by adding new E2E, API, UI
Support existing autotests after changes in our platform, increase re coverage by adding new tests
Increase the quality and provide features into the automation framework
Communicating with QA, Development, and Support teams
Exploring new ideas and best solutions
You will be challenged to meet high standards, and deliver constant improvement in everything you do
Experience with client-side layout and JavaScript
Sometimes manual testing, less than 20%

Skills and experience you will need:

3+ years of experience working as a QA Automation
At least 6 month experience working as QA Manual
Familiar with the Cypress framework+Cucumber+JS(At least 1 year of experience working with Cypress framework and Cucumber), be familiar with Gherkin language and BDD approach
Deep understanding of the automation testing frameworks, methodologies, and tools
Experience in testing backend and web applications
Experience in using test automation tools Cypress etc
Experience in high-load projects
Strong knowledge of REST API, experience in using Postman
Strong knowledge of SQL, JavaScript
Knowledge of CI/CD process, Gitlab, understanding of yml file syntaxis
Experience in building and debugging systems in a team environment
Experience with Java or any other back-end programming language
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy
Experience with Rest API and HTTP protocol
Good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Intermediate level of English language

Will be a plus:

Base knowledge of React.js
Experience with TypeScript
Knowledge of Unix-like systems
Good knowledge of performance testing
Experience with Load tests
