How you make your projects successful:

• You manage all phases of the implementation project lifecycle, ensuring successful initiation/planning, execution, testing, cutover/go-live, and handover to Support
• You partner with the Customer PM to become a trusted resource and actively drive the implementation project to success
• You manage between 3-8 projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality
• You identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• You build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, regional delivery managers, and PS leadership
• You inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts to ensure all project goals are met

This is what you need to know:

• Minimum 5+ years as a Project Manager, or 8+ years for a Senior role, ideally in professional services for a software vendor/partner
• Direct experience managing all phases of the software implementation lifecycle for enterprise clients
• Experience managing multiple projects with cross-team dependencies.
• Experience leading project teams of 2-7+ people
• Experience dealing with senior client stakeholders
• Experience managing SaaS and on-premise implementation projects of 50-250+ days
• Successfully managed both T&M and Fixed-Price enterprise software implementation projects
• Preferred international customer experience (DACH region)
• Preferred working knowledge of ECM and/or IP solutions

Skills & Certifications:

• You are passionate about technology and delivering value to customers
• You understand and apply different software delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
• You have advanced knowledge of MS Project (or similar) and MS Office applications
• You are fluent in German and proficient in business-level English
• You hold a Bachelor's degree (Computer Science preferred) or have equivalent work experience
• You possess PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certification (required or to be achieved within 3 months)
• You have ITIL Foundation (preferred)
