What daily challenges are waiting for you?

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders. In addition, coordinate internal resources and third party stakeholders to achieve smooth project delivery.
  • Work with key specialists (SMEโ€™s) to develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Ensure that all projects and operational risks are identified and appropriate mitigation actions are assigned to minimize a potential risk.
  • Prepare project reports and report according to the agreed cycle to the management board.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

What you should have to be successful in this role?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management and have a proven track record in project management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and manage relationships up to senior management level.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile PM/Prince 2/SCRUM (certification is a plus).
  • Ability to identify risks and address them before they become an issue.
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Ability to effectively delegate responsibilities and tasks to the project working group.
