Data Scientist

Introduction:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving complex problems, working with large datasets, and applying advanced analytics techniques to help drive business decisions. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for using data-driven insights to enhance business processes, optimize product performance, and identify opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering.
• Create predictive models and leverage statistical techniques to improve decision-making.
• Communicate results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Develop and automate data pipelines to ensure efficient and scalable data processing.
• Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to assess the impact of business strategies.
• Maintain and update dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Expertise in machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, and deep learning frameworks.
• Experience with latest data science techniques such as Gen AI, agentic AI, etc.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Proficiency in working with large datasets and cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with data wrangling, data cleaning, and feature engineering.
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and mathematical concepts.
• Ability to work with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Experience in natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
• Knowledge of data governance, data privacy, and ethical considerations in data science.
• Experience in business intelligence, analytics, or industry-specific solutions (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail).
