Introduction:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving complex problems, working with large datasets, and applying advanced analytics techniques to help drive business decisions. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for using data-driven insights to enhance business processes, optimize product performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering.
- Create predictive models and leverage statistical techniques to improve decision-making.
- Communicate results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and automate data pipelines to ensure efficient and scalable data processing.
- Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to assess the impact of business strategies.
- Maintain and update dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Expertise in machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, and deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with latest data science techniques such as Gen AI, agentic AI, etc.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Proficiency in working with large datasets and cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with data wrangling, data cleaning, and feature engineering.
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and mathematical concepts.
- Ability to work with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Experience in natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
- Knowledge of data governance, data privacy, and ethical considerations in data science.
- Experience in business intelligence, analytics, or industry-specific solutions (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail).
