Job Summary :

• Develop and implement strategies to expand New Business: Kitchen Solution Products (cooker, cooktop, oven, hoods, microwave, dish washer), and vacuum cleaner;
• Responsible to grow New Business to transform it in Core Business, as relevant as Refrigeration and Laundry Business;
• Analyze internal and external information to identify opportunities on New Category Products, Distribution Channel, Market Segment and Marketing actions to grow the business;
• Responsible for monitoring, analyzing and identifying key external and internal strategic opportunities and issues in Digital Appliances at a regional level
• Interact with key regional and subsidiary stakeholders, analyze and discuss market, competitors, sales, price, margin, channel, portfolio and other elements to build a strategic action plan to improve New Business regional performance;
• Efficiently and effectively create and update regional business performance reports using a combination of different data sources;
• Think strategically and translate numbers and findings into strategic insights and initiatives that can improve regional performance;
• Make effective, to-the-point and convincing English presentations to Top Management.

Responsibilities :

• Grow DA Biz with best in class Profit among global competitors;
• Support a successful implementation of Strategic projects in all Subs;
• Give Strategic and Tactical directions to the Subs in order to achieve challenged results.

Requirements :

• Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economy or other related areas (MBA level will be a differentiator);
• Fluent in English close to native level. Spanish will be a differentiator;
• Previous experience in Consulting, Strategic Planning, Business Intelligence, Business Performance, Auditing and other related areas in top level companies, a reference in their industry/business;
• Excellent Communication, Problem Solver, Analytical, Result Oriented;
• Proven EXCELENT Excel, and PowerPoint Data Analysis skills;
