We are looking for a Project Manager who wants to learn and transform their career.

Hard Skills (Technical Skills) Required:

1. Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Traditional Management (PMBook).
2. Risk management to identify, assess, and mitigate issues that may impact project success. This includes the ability to manage scope changes and control expectations., ability to plan, monitor, and adjust schedules based on project needs.
3. Tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, and Azure Data Objects are common for tracking tasks and deadlines.
4. Although the PM does not need to be a technical expert, it is important to have knowledge of the basics of Data Analytics, such as ETL/ELT, data modeling, data pipelines, and Data Warehousing.
5. Familiarity with programming languages ​such as SQL or Python and BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau can also be useful to understand the needs of the technical team and communicate effectively with them.U
6. nderstanding the technologies used in the project, such as Data Lakes, Data Warehouses and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is important to ensure that the project is aligned with data infrastructure best practices.B
7. eing able to define and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure the success of the project and ensure that it is being executed within the defined parameters.A
8. lthough the PM does not directly perform tests, he or she must know how to structure acceptance and data validation tests to ensure that deliverables meet the defined criteria, ensuring that analytics solutions are accurate and actionable
