Scrum Master (f/m/x) - Prime Services

We are looking for a SCRUM Master in the area of Agile Delivery Prime Services (GPS). Our GPS business stands for a state-of-the-art product delivery to our clients via an efficient and innovative one-stop-shop production. We provide our clients the entire securities services value chain starting with brokerage, handing over to safekeeping of assets, managing all related asset serving activities like corporate actions, income and tax management. In addition, we offer fund administration for asset managers for UCITS and AIF funds.

Your mission at RBI

• Coach the team, tribe and whole organization in agile methodologies
• Accountable for building and maintaining a high performing team
• Responsible for anticipating and removing obstacles and impediments in order to enable the team to perform
• Facilitate agile ceremonies with the Team and Product Owner and coordinate the daily standups with the team
• Support and guide the Product Owner in his/her efforts to manage the Product Stream backlog
• Manages social aspects at team level
• Leads the continuous improvement process on team performance
• Consistently improves and reports team productivity without focusing on content
  
  

Your core competencies

• Having a track-record in working with agile team
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Teams
• Having experience in agile transformation on team level
• English is working language, German as a plus
