Your New Role:

As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of construction projects, overseeing all aspects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Leading project planning sessions and coordinating resources.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Providing regular progress reports and updates to senior management.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €75,000.00-€95,000.00 per year
