Your New Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of construction projects, overseeing all aspects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Leading project planning sessions and coordinating resources.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Providing regular progress reports and updates to senior management.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
