Your Functions

Planning and management of software projects
Analysis and optimization of software processes
Development of workflow processes, REST-API applications and event-based micro processes
Development of software tests and integrity checks
Implementation of code reviews
Implementation of CI/CD pipelines
Containerization of services and deployment in OpenShift
Agile working according to SCRUM
Personnel responsibility in the context of trainee support
Constant interest in new technologies and possible solutions
Use of document-oriented and relational databases
Python software development with experience in various frameworks

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience as a Senior Python Backend Developer
Strong knowledge of Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI
Expertise in RESTful API design and microservices architecture
Experience with Docker and OpenShift deployment
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Familiarity with SCRUM and agile methodologies
Strong knowledge of relational and document-oriented databases
Ability to mentor junior developers
Passion for new technologies and problem-solving
