The Role

As a Business Development Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth by identifying opportunities, analysing performance, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role is perfect for someone who’s both data-driven and commercially minded—with a natural curiosity for how businesses grow.

What You’ll Do

• Research and analyse market trends, competitors, and potential partners
• Develop and manage lead generation initiatives across key verticals
• Track BD performance metrics and optimise outreach strategies
• Support pitch preparation and client proposals with compelling data and insights
• Collaborate across teams to support strategic partnerships and growth initiatives
• Build dashboards and reports to keep the team informed and aligned

Who You Are

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and Excel / Google Sheets
• You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Bonus: experience in a commercial, sales, or business analysis role
