Information Technology Specialist

💼 Position: IT Specialist

🔍 We are looking for: A responsible, self-driven, and proactive IT professional to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Collaborate with the Service Desk to manage and follow up on support cases

✅ Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring smooth delivery to users

✅ Perform basic troubleshooting for IT equipment and escalate complex issues to global support teams

✅ Provide infrastructure support

✅ Manage and track IT equipment inventory (adding, removing, and updating assets)

✅ Coordinate with local hardware vendors (ordering devices, tracking deliveries, managing service claims)

✅ Handle IT administrative tasks, such as user account requests and access management via internal IT portals

✅ Process purchase requests and confirmations using SAP

✅ Create simple technical documentation as needed

Requirements:

Technical Skills & Experience:

💻 Basic understanding of networking and IT infrastructure concepts

💻 Proficiency in Windows 10/11 operating system

💻 Experience with Microsoft 365 applications

💻 Ability to set up and configure workstations and laptops

💻 Basic knowledge of mobile devices (iOS and Android)

💻 Experience with IT ticketing systems

💻 Willingness to assist with hardware procurement and vendor coordination
