About the vacancy

To support our further worldwide growth, we are looking to recruit a Junior Project Manager to join our team. You will be positioned to form a reliable colleague for our internationally operating Projects team. You are the linking pin between Business Development, Operations, our local site team and contractors. As Junior Project Manager you will assist and support in the entire project, from handover from Business Development till final implementation. You will support the team in getting the project delivered on time, within budget and with the right quality.

What will you do?

• Giving support for activities, like budget, planning, meetings etc.
• Supervise the project administration activities, financially and contractually, hereby maintaining quality
• Monitor the design and procurement of the contractors
• Liaise with and manage the local Site Manager and his team
• Record all project related documentation (permits, drawings, minutes, contracts, etc.)
• Regularly attend meetings on-site
• Coordinate all PMO-activties

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Project Engineer/manager on construction/ automation/ logistic projects
• Basic knowledge of principles, practices and theories
• Willing to travel frequently within Europe.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and international work environment
• Highly proficient in English
• Proficiency in another European language is a great plus
• Expert knowledge of MS office and MS Projects
