Job Description

Within our organisation, high levels of data quality are vital to our operation and reliability of business reporting.

By working closely with customer facing departments, we play an essential role in upholding the integrity of customer and trade data within our systems while working to a well-established data quality standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Trade Duplicate & Quality Check
  • Daily Homeowner registration file check
  • Monitor master data changes
  • Ensuring systems are synchronised at all time
  • Provide support to customer facing areas in processing bulk data
  • External List Management and analysis of data
  • Evolve methods and best practices in Data quality assurance
  • Processing monthly and weekly reports
  • Process any GDPR Data Subject Requests
  • Ensure quality of data we hold in our databases are of a high standard

Qualifications

Your profile:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Reliable, dedicated and self motivated
  • Able to work individually as well as in a team
  • Thoroughness in accomplishing a task from start to finish while considering the impact to other areas involved, no matter how small.
  • Monitors and ensures work, information and plans are of a good standard
  • Good knowledge, understanding and experience with Microsoft 365 office suite is beneficial

Expected Start Date: 01 December 2024

Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Mon – Thurs08.00 - 17.00 and Fri 08.00 - 16.00 with a 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak
