Human Resources Associate - Lisbon

We are seeking an HR Associate (m/f) for a client based in Lisbon, a leader in the biopharmaceutical industry, that will contribute to a global HR Knowledge Management project and is responsible for ensuring the relevancy, accuracy, and organization of knowledge articles on the employee portal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and Update Content: Validate, correct, and ensure the accuracy of knowledge articles, collaborating with content owners.
• Testing Functionalities: Evaluate new features in the knowledge management system and provide feedback.
• User Training: Develop materials and train new users for effective system use.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure content and processes adhere to established standards and guidelines.

What You Bring to the Team:

• A Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience (including internships/apprenticeships) in an international/multi-country HR role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to follow guidelines and maintain consistency.
• Experience in knowledge management or content management is preferred.
• Proficiency in using knowledge management systems and tools.
• Ability to test and evaluate new technical functionalities.
• Experience in developing training materials is preferred.
• Fluent in English.
