Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Main Responsibilities:

As CISO of the Brisa Group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to safeguard our information assets and support the Group’s international growth. We are seeking a transformational leader capable of driving a strong security culture and innovation across all our companies.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally within complex corporate environments.

• A degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP and CISM.

• Deep knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and information security frameworks.

• Solid experience in security operations, including SOC (Security Operations Centre) management.

• Knowledge/experience/certifications in field of Networking and its technologies (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto) is a differential.

• Strong leadership and strategic thinking, with the ability to influence and implement change.

• Transformational leadership style to lead high performing teams.

• Work in collaboration with management level to influence and adopt new ways of working.

• Leading by example with high power of persuasion by motivation.

• Inspirational profile with the ability to develop people led by flexible and growth mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• High proficiency in English. Spanish is a nice to have.
