Agile Business Analyst

Mission

• Ensures the interface between collaborators and automation developers within the Digitalization team.
• Analyzes the processes that are to be automated.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of the processes to be automated in order to propose simplification and automation solutions.
• Proposes technical options for choosing the most suitable way to build a report, based on the client’s needs.
• Provides client support for improving reports.
• Together with automation developers, builds the methodology/technical, functional, and user documentation for automation projects to ensure their traceability in series life.
• Together with automation developers, proposes the planning for automation projects.
• Writes the functional documentation of new or ongoing automated processes, and for automated processes, the technical documentation and user guide, all in the specific format.
• Accompanies the functions in developing or updating reports.
  
  

Profile

• Higher education in Economics / IT
• Experience with Spotfire / Power BI / Looker or other BI tools and working with large volumes of data, or VBA/ Python/ RPA tools
• Knowledge of Datalake, GCP
• SQL knowledges
• Advanced level of English
• French language is a plus
• Very good MS Office skills
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, structured thinking
• Attention to detail and accuracy of deliverables
• Adaptability to interlocutors and situations, availability, anticipation, method, and rigor
