What You Will Do:

• Partner Enablement: Provide on-site technical support, training, and education for partners, helping them enhance their ability to deliver solutions based on the company’s technologies.
• Technical Project Management: Lead technical projects from conception to implementation, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure solutions are delivered according to requirements.
• Technical Solution Development: Work closely with sales and product teams to design solutions tailored to client needs, particularly in LAN, WAN, and wireless solutions for SMBs.
• Continuous Training: Deliver training sessions both internally (sales teams) and externally (partners), including in-person classes and webinars to ensure the best use of the company’s technical solutions.
• Product Evaluations Management: Coordinate and oversee product evaluations with customers, managing demo equipment and assisting in the selection process.
• Marketing and Product Positioning Support: Collaborate with the marketing department to create materials that highlight the features and benefits of the company’s solutions.
• Company Representation: Actively participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and events, representing the company and maintaining relationships with clients and industry media.
• Product Team Interaction: Maintain regular communication with product managers to share market needs, trends, and customer feature requests.
• Network Design and Configuration Consulting: Assist partners in network design and configuration, providing technical advice and solving complex networking infrastructure issues.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the networking industry
• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of LAN, WAN, and professional Wireless networks
• Good level of English in communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills at an organizational level
• Flexibility and a proactive approach to technical challenges
• CCNA certification (preferred)
• Availability to travel
