vdf is looking for a "Business Analyst" that you may find the details below:


Responsibilities:

  • Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
  • Perform quality assurance
  • Define reporting and alerting requirements
  • Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance integration
  • Help design, document and maintain system processes
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations
  • Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, performance testing
  • Work with the application development team and/or client to resolve any issues that arise in the testing process


Qualifications:

  • Min 2 years of work experience in Finance & Factoring & Insurance sector
  • Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Advanced English
  • Good knowledge of business analysis processes and methodologies
  • Basic experience in UML modeling language.
  • High proficiency in relational databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL
  • Hands-on experience in Postman and/or SoapUI
  • Hands on experience in analysis techniques such as; use case modeling, data analysis, process analysis, prioritization, requirement management, risk assessment, stakeholder analysis, responsibility analysis, and interface analysis
  • Understanding of XML/SOAP, web services, workflow modeling, web application modelling
  • Knowledge of Microsoft based technologies
  • Knowledge of basic SQL queries and SAP BO
  • Understanding of data and good command of MS Excel
  • Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
