Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in retail banking to lead the development and management of banking products. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the retail banking sector, with expertise in product strategy, innovation, and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies for retail banking products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to drive product innovation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including technology, marketing, risk, and compliance, to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Define pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for banking products.
• Work closely with digital teams to enhance customer experience and digital adoption.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Develop business cases for new product initiatives and present them to senior leadership.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and financial institutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the retail banking sector with a strong understanding of banking products and services.
• Proven track record in product management, strategy, and development within a banking environment.
• Experience in digital banking, customer experience, and fintech integration is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
