What You'll Do:

• Analyze large, complex datasets to derive actionable insights that drive data-based decisions.
• Develop, train, and deploy predictive models to elevate the performance of our AI solutions.
• Apply cutting-edge AI technologies, such as Large Language Models (LLMs) or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to real-world business scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into data science tasks.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize models based on performance and evolving business requirements.
• Design and maintain robust data preprocessing pipelines to ensure the quality and consistency of input data.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and data science to improve model accuracy.
• Effectively communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques.
• Master's or Ph.D. in AI, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R. Candidates with experience or awards in ACM/ICPC, NOI/IOI, Top Coder, Kaggle, or other competitive platforms are highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical modeling.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain, Weaviate, Langgraph, LlamaIndex).
• A proven track record of applying data science to solve real-world challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams effectively.
