Java Software Engineer - Automation Selenium testing

Our client are looking to hire their next Lead Java Engineer with a passion for automation scripting and building scalable, high-performance applications. We’re looking for an experienced engineer to lead development efforts, optimize workflows and drive innovation in automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize Java-based applications with a focus on automation scripting.
• Lead a team of engineers, ensuring best practices and high coding standards.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks to streamline testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead Java Engineer, minimum 6 years’ experience.
• Extensive experience in developing automation frameworks and writing automated tests using tools like Selenium WebDriver, Gatling or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
