Responsibilities:

• Developing LLM solutions using TensorFlow/pytorch for cloud or on-prem deployments
• Researching core LLM component. E.g. modelling, information retrieval, entity relation extraction, agentic framework etc.
• Designing experiments and conducting scientific research to push LLM capabilities.
• Translate research and make it practical for deployment
• Share research findings to stakeholders and publish papers.

Requirements:

• PhD or Master (with working experience as a researcher with publications) in the relevant field.
• LLM focused, with specifically working on NLP applications e.g.: RAG, JER, prompt engineering, reasoning, sentiment analysis etc.
• Experienced with research methodology - (Problem solving mindset)
• Publications in conferences/journals in the recent 3 years regarding the topics mentions (LLM/RAG, JER, prompt engineering etc.)

This role is hybrid, 2 days WFH, 3 days in office

I will prioritise candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.
