Middle Office Lead, Digital Assets - Global Fintech

Our client, a global fintech, is looking for a Middle Office Manager to manage reconciliation, transaction monitoring, and operational processes for their Digital Assets vertical. You will ensure accuracy in blockchain transactions, resolve discrepancies with internal teams, and enhance efficiency in processes. Compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards will also be a key focus.

The ideal candidate should possess 7-12 years of experience in finance, auditing, or operations, with prior experience in digital assets and blockchain technology. A strong grasp of blockchain transactions, reconciliation, compliance, KYC/AML is essential. Strong analytical and leadership skills are key to success in this role.
