Mobile Application Developer

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Mobile Developer with deep expertise in both iOS and Android development to join our innovative team in the healthcare technology space. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building and maintaining secure, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications that empower patients, improve health outcomes, and transform the way care is delivered.

You’ll work closely with designers, backend engineers, clinicians, and product managers to craft apps that are not only technically excellent but also intuitive for a wide range of users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UI/UX designers, product owners, QA testers, and backend developers
• Ensure mobile applications comply with HIPAA, security best practices, and accessibility standards
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and offline access
• Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs, including healthcare-related systems (e.g., EHRs, wearables)
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
• Monitor mobile app analytics, crash reports, and user feedback to improve app stability and experience

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in mobile application development
• Proven experience building and publishing apps for both iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java)
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of secure coding practices and mobile data encryption
• Familiarity with App Store and Google Play Store guidelines and deployment processes
• Experience consuming and integrating with RESTful APIs
• Ability to write clean, testable code and perform unit testing
