Head of Engineering

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Engineering to lead the technical direction of our main product, ensure its strategic development, help scale the development team, and continuously improve SDLC processes. Our products are loved by players all over the globe, and if you’re ready to shake things up and be a real game changer, this gig is for you!

📍 What to do

• Manage the development department (Frontend, Backend) and ensure its effective operation within cross-functional teams
• Develop and implement the company’s technical vision in line with business goals
• Optimize development processes, implement best practices, and methodologies (Kanban, DevOps)
• Help teams build and develop product architecture using modern technologies (Nuxt 3, Laravel 11)
• Manage technical risks, technical debt, ensure product quality and performance
• Support and develop corporate culture, mentorship for technical leaders
• Collaborate with other departments (product, marketing, retention) to achieve common goals
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to strengthen our market position
  
  

🦸 Your Superpowers

• 5+ years of experience in IT leadership roles (Team Lead, Tech Lead, Head of Engineering, VP of Engineering, CTO)
• Deep knowledge of software development, software architecture, and project management
• Experience with high-load systems and scalable solutions
• Understanding and constant seeking modern technologies and development trends
• Skills in managing distributed remote teams (30+ ppl)
• Strong leadership qualities, ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
