devopscompany is looking for a DevOps Engineer

Currently, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer who will join us and work together with our team on creating the best possible solution for one of our customers.

• Maintaining and improving container based Kubernetes environments


• Implementing new or improving current CI/CD solutions (Travis, Jenkins, GitLab etc.) 


• Perform ongoing reviews of our application and infrastructure code on ways to improve on it


• Set up processes and automation for monitoring, alerting, logging across systems


• Build dashboards and metrics to create more insight into infrastructure and systems


• Design and develop infrastructure for business-critical systems


• Take the lead in solving and preventing operational issues


• Share your experience with colleagues and taking an active part in educating

• Passion for modern technologies and practical experience: K8s, containers, microservices are your friends


• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering or similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience


• Several years of professional experience as a DevOps or systems engineer in a IT company


• Experience with building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for building, testing and deploying complex applications


• Experience with building real-world scalable, reliable and secure infrastructures


• Agile mindset and focus on building the right things for the business and customers


• Strong communication and analytical skills


• Strong Linux skills


• Experience with infrastructure-as-code with tools like Terraform


• Fluent in one or multiple programming or scripting languages like Python, Perl, Go


• Good knowledge of AWS (EC2, VPC, and Route53)

• A highly dynamic working environment

• Part-time or full-time contract (you decide)


• An employment contract for one year and longer


• Possibility to work on remote or from our offices 


• 30 days paid holidays per year (pro-rata if you work part-time)
