We invite a Middle Marketing Designer to join the VeliPlay product team!

VeliPlay is a dynamic game studio redefining the world of instant games with fast, engaging, and visually striking experiences. As part of the VeliTech ecosystem, we don’t just create games — we craft high-performance entertainment tailored to modern player preferences. Our focus is on building next-generation crash games and innovative gaming experiences that seamlessly blend engaging mechanics, immersive visuals, and smooth gameplay.

In this role, you will:

• Design and animate eye-catching marketing banners for digital advertising
• Produce promotional videos and motion graphics for marketing events
• Designing and maintaining company websites and landing pages
• Create engaging social media content and campaign graphics
• Develop both printed and digital marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, email templates, presentations, merchandise)
• Being brand guardianship. Ensure that all work adheres to VeliPlay brand guidelines
• Analyse websites with an eye for detail, improving their usability and performance
• Effectively communicating closely with a developer and other members of the team meeting business objectives.
• Work with the team to understand what business owners are asking for, and translate that into commercial, creative solutions
• Contribute to brand book creation and maintain the company's visual style
• Helping improve the websites in collaboration with an SEO specialist
• Collaborate with various teams to meet marketing objectives

Skills and experience you will need:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising team
• Experience in designing marketing creates such as brochures, banners, advertising creatives, promotional materials, promo-videos
• Proficiency or good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma
• Good understanding of design theory and structure, in particular layout, type, colour, formatting, semiotics, and information design
• Good illustration skills with the ability to create custom graphics if needed
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics software
• Knowledge of current marketing design trends and best practices in digital and print media
• Image editing skills, including optimisation, colour correction, retouching, isolating and resizing
• Banner design (both static and animated)
• Experience in designing websites (even better if you’ve moved those designs forward into the development stage)
• Skilled in creating mature, visually rich marketing assets tailored to iGaming industry
• Excellent command of English
• Be able to take constructive criticism on your designs as our internal clients are sometimes very particular!
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in an agile environment
• Creative and open to new ideas
• Adaptable and open to picking up new skills
• A ‘Can-Do’ attitude

Would be a plus:

• Confident with AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, etc.) for generating visual elements
• Able to combine AI outputs into cohesive, polished creatives using Figma or Adobe
• Experience working with CMS WordPress
• Basic knowledge in HTML and CSS (don’t worry, you’ll learn more on the job!)
