We are looking for a senior Frontend / Fullstack Software Engineer to extend our small our small platform engineering team.

What we need from you:

• Proven work experience and passion for software development.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
• Domain expertise in banking or wealth management.
• Excellent communication skills in English, German and any other language is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Fun and passion to work in a start-up environment and the flexibility and adaptability that is required in a startup.
• You deliver nothing but the best you are capable of doing.
• Curiosity and entrepreneurship.

Tech Stack

• JavaScript / Typescript
• Experience with React, Hooks, Contexts, Redux, NextJS, AJAX, JSON
• HTML and CSS
• Unit and component testing – Playwright
• Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Maven, Jenkins, NPM, gitlab pipeline)
• Exposure to other languages
• Backend experience: Java, Spring framework, databases

What you will be doing

• Owning the full product lifecycle from researching, designing, implementing, testing and evaluating the UI parts of our applications: from discussing Figma with UX designers to bringing the Figma to life in integrated environments
• Writing and implementing efficient code, supporting your team, and developing quality assurance procedures
• Managing the CI / CD pipeline, deploying software tools, processes, and metrics
• Guiding and coaching junior and mid-level engineers; participating in the company workshops, brown bags and community of practice
• Improve scalability, stability and efficiency of existing systems.
