We are currently seeking Game Industry Talent worldwide to join our studios, make a meaningful contribution to game titles, and help maintain the exceptional quality and service that Keywords Studios is known for across the globe. We're looking for programmers with experience in C++ programming and Unreal Engine, artists with a focus in 3D art, VFX/Animation, and Technical Art, and other crafts like Marketing, Business Development, IT, QA, and Localization.

Key responsibilities:

• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on AAA Game Development
• Staying up to date with new technologies and ways of working
• Assisting and mentoring other colleagues in your areas of expertise
  
  
  

Requirements

Programming

• Strong programming skills in C++, with experience in Unreal Engine or custom engines.
• Expertise in at least one game development area, such as 3D maths, AI, physics, or UI.
• Ability to write clear, maintainable code and collaborate effectively within a team
  
  
  

Marketing

• Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and content creation for game campaigns
• Experience with social media, video production, copywriting, or community engagement.
• Ability to analyze market trends, player behavior, and campaign performance
  
  
  

Business Development

• Experience in partnerships, sales, or client relations within the games industry.
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic growth areas.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for building and maintaining industry relationships
  
  
  

QA/Localization

• Knowledge of functional, compliance, and localization QA for video games.
• Experience with translation, subtitling, and linguistic quality assurance (LQA).
• Strong organizational skills for project coordination, scheduling, and team collaboration
  
  
  

3D Art /2D Art

• Knowledge of 3D or 2D applications such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, and Zbrush
• Experience with a commercial game engine such as Unreal and Unity
• Experience within game development crafting playable environments
  
  
  

Technical Art

• Must have a strong reel/portfolio showing executed game/real time tech art
• Experience modeling and using texturing packagers such as Substance Designer and Painter
• Scripting experience in Blueprint or other similar tools
  
  
  

VFX/Animation

• Strong portfolio/demo reel showcasing proficiency in 3D animation for video games.
• Keen eye for timing, motion, real-time physics, fluid systems, and the game engine art pipeline.
• Proven expertise with industry-standard art tools and game engines

• Audio Design/Implementation
• Localization Project Managers/Coordinators
