Cyber Security Business Analyst - (Microsoft Entra)

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with experience in IT and cybersecurity projects, with a strong emphasis on Identity Management. Experience in identity and access management (IAM) systems is highly preferred, as you will play a pivotal role in ensuring secure and compliant user authentication processes, seamless integration, and optimized workflows. Skill Overview:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or cybersecurity projects. Experience on Identity-management projects highly preferable.
• Exceptional technical writing skills with the ability to create clear and concise documentation
• Strong visualization and diagramming capabilities to represent complex technical concepts
• Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis
• Proven ability to develop and execute test plans for technical implementations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities

Function Specific Accountabilities:

• Analyze current privileged access and identity management processes to identify gaps and recommend pathways to address gaps and meet compliance expectations.
• Document and map existing and future-state processes related to identity and access management
• Create detailed technical specifications and requirements for implementation teams
• Develop clear visuals and diagrams to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Coordinate with IT, Security, and business teams to validate requirements and ensure alignment with compliance goals (as part of broader GRC Programs).
• Support implementation and testing of identity management solutions, primarily focusing on Microsoft Entra as the baseline identity management technology.
• Monitor progress and report on project status to management and stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the implementation lifecycle
