As a Generative AI Engineer, you will work closely with colleagues in development, product engineering, and solution delivery to design and deploy high-quality machine learning models and data pipelines. You will also contribute to setting best practices in data science, engineering methodologies, and model lifecycle management.

🛠 Responsibilities

✅ Collaborate with data experts and stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive decision-making and business growth.

✅ Design and implement advanced data models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to extract meaningful insights from large and complex datasets.

✅ Develop and deploy machine learning models using Databricks for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and other data science applications.

✅ Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

✅ Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning techniques, and proactively identify opportunities to apply them to business challenges.

✅ Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

📍 Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

📊 Proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.

🤖 Strong knowledge of both Generative AI and traditional AI techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, and statistical modeling.

💻 Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).

🔍 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative data-driven solutions.

🗣 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
