Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Lead project teams, providing direction and support to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
• Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing IT infrastructure projects, software development projects, or system implementations.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project).
• Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Previous experience with vendor management.
• Understanding of IT governance and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
