Job Title: Software Developer – Python/Django

Location: Vienna (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to €85,000

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Overview:

We are seeking a Software Developer with strong Python and Django experience to join a high-performing technology team based in Vienna. This role will involve building and maintaining internal tools and data platforms that support trading, risk, and operational functions within a dynamic investment-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Django-based web applications for internal use
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data and workflow requirements
• Implement front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Maintain high code quality, documentation, and deployment standards
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of professional Python development experience, preferably with Django
• Competence in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with Git/GitHub and working in a Linux environment
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset

Desirable:

• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, or similar tooling
• Experience in financial or data-heavy environments
