1 Manage applications w.r.t Incidents/ service request and understand ITIL V4 processes.

2 Analyzing customer requirements & provide technical solution, estimations.

3 Perform upgrades/proactive in proposing to customer on the application’s vulnerabilities.

4 Manage applications based on the requirements /needs from customer in providing SDLC model.
