What We Offer

At Noota, we are revolutionizing the way professionals interact with AI-driven note-taking and workflow automation. As a Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling the backend infrastructure that powers our product. You will ensure high performance, reliability, and seamless integration with various platforms while working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Your Mission

• API Development & Integrations – Build and optimize REST & GraphQL APIs, integrate third-party platforms (ATS, CRM, HR tools), and handle authentication/security (OAuth2, JWT, Webhooks).
• System Performance – Design a scalable backend (Python, FastAPI/Flask), optimize databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and ensure asynchronous processing for fast execution.
• Code Quality & Deployment – Write clean, tested, and efficient code, automate deployments (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD), and monitor system health and performance.
• Collaboration & Agility – Work with AI engineers, frontend teams, and adapt quickly to a fast-moving startup environment.

✅ Technical Skills

• Expert in Python (FastAPI/Flask) & API-first architectures.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and real-time processing.
• Experience with database optimization, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to understand and implement external API documentation fast.
