Role Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in mobile app design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure the design aligns with business and user needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for mobile applications (iOS & Android).
  • Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to optimize user experiences.
  • Develop high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and UI components based on user feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to align UI/UX with business goals.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency.
  • Implement accessibility and usability best practices to improve user engagement.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to iterate and improve UI/UX designs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on mobile app design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app UI/UX design projects.
  • Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as:
    • Figma (preferred)
    • Adobe XD
    • Sketch
    • InVision
    • Photoshop & Illustrator (for graphic assets)
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with design systems and responsive design principles.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms following Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines.
  • Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
  • Experience with UX research tools like Hotjar, UserTesting, or Google Analytics.
