About The Role

About Your Tasks
- Build and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve real-world problems in digital healthcare.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to explore, clean, and analyze large datasets.
- Contribute to the design, experimentation, and deployment of innovative machine learning solutions.
- Stay on top of the latest in AI research and bring fresh academic knowledge into the team.
- Conduct rigorous testing and optimization to ensure the reliability and efficiency of AI solutions.
- Present your ideas, models, and insights in a way that makes impact across departments.
- You hold at least a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Sciences or a related field from a reputed technical university in Germany.
- You have strong experience in Python, Git or other version control mechanisms and a passion for machine learning and AI.
- You’re familiar with common ML & (Gen) AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) etc.
- You have high-level understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes etc.).
- You enjoy building things from scratch, learning fast, and making a positive impact.
