What You’ll Do

Ensure Compliance & Data Accuracy

• Generate and submit regulatory reports, ensuring they meet external requirements and deadlines.
• Run system checks and create mailing lists and statistical reports for internal teams.

Enhance & Maintain Key Systems

• Maintain and improve web-based regulatory return and case management platforms.
• Implement system updates in response to regulatory changes and business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine processes and prioritise development tasks.

Provide IT & Systems Support

• Act as the first line of support for the case management system (MS Dynamics).
• Assist in developing new regulatory processes and technical improvements.
• Design SQL reports and dashboards to support internal departments.

What You Bring

• Technical Expertise – Experience with MS Dynamics, ASP.NET (VB), SQL Server, and Crystal Reports.
• Detail-Oriented Mindset – A keen eye for accuracy and compliance.
• Time Management Skills – Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills – Confidence in liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
