Tech Lead Scrum Master

The Tech Lead / Scrum Master will lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) comprising Developers, Testers, And Systems Analysts to deliver high-quality software solutions in alignment with business objectives. Combining technical expertise with Agile leadership, the Tech Lead / Scrum Master will be responsible for overseeing both the technical direction of the team and the successful implementation of Scrum practices. In this hybrid role, the Tech Lead will provide technical guidance, ensure architectural integrity, and resolve technical challenges, while the Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and foster a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement. The role is pivotal in ensuring that the team operates efficiently, delivering high-quality products within agreed timeframes and maintaining alignment with business goals.

The individual will work closely with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of software solutions that meet both technical and functional requirements.
