Product Designer

Dserve is a leading self-ordering system and innovative technology partner for restaurants, cafes and convenience stores in Lithuania, expanding into international markets. From online ordering to kitchen automation, we provide a fully integrated, all-in-one solution that helps restaurants serve faster, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.

We’re looking for a Product Designer who cares deeply about their users and solves their problems with holistic product experiences.

What you’ll do at Dserve:

• Gather user and product knowledge.
• Closely collaborate with the product manager and engineers throughout discovery and delivery.
• Design innovative products—both new and existing—from wireframing and user research to final designs and iterative improvements.
• Take ownership of our product designs, proactively identifying and solving user experience challenges.
• Ensure consistency across our products while enabling fast product delivery across a diverse product suite.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends to create experiences that are not just seamless but also delightful.
