About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of our Video Conferencing Infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Video Conferencing service, driving innovation and excellence in delivering Video Conferencing as a Service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a compelling vision and strategic roadmap for the Video Conferencing service, aligned with business objectives.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, driving innovative solutions to enhance user experience.
• Define and manage the service catalogue for Video Conferencing as a Service, ensuring it meets customer expectations and industry standards.
• Lead efforts to automate and streamline Video Conferencing operations for increased efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with operational teams to gather feedback, continuously improving service design and delivery.
• Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, translating customer requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Work closely with development teams, architects, engineers, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in Video Conferencing infrastructure, including knowledge of industry-leading solutions.
• Experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong customer-centric mindset, with the ability to gather insights and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Visionary mindset with the ability to inspire and lead teams toward a shared goal.
• Skilled in automation tools and practices to enhance service efficiency.
• Experience in defining and managing service catalogues.
